1. Introduction
1.1. The SUPER 32-DT35A
Medical Alarm
SUPER 32-DT35A is a PSTN medical alarm
providing around-the-clock telecare for elderly
people. The alarm features long-range RF
communications, excellent two-way voice
monitoring, multiple reporting protocols and
easy programming.
Besides the communications protocol options
like Contact ID, Tunstall, Speech, and
Franklin 4+2 formats, SUPER 32-DT35A
comes with a new reporting method called
“Dial Call Reporting.” Up to 200 phone
numbers can be stored in the Control Panel to
replace each event code. When there is an
event happening, SUPER 32-DT35A will dial
the unique phone number assigned for that
event. By using phone numbers instead of
event codes, the new reporting method
reduces the connection time, and avoids the
risk of event codes getting distorted by the
Internet phone connection.

2. TEST BUTTON

mobility timer (see command 44).
— Before SUPER 32-DT35A dials out
for alarm reporting, press once to
cancel the alarm reporting.
— During or at-the-end of conversation,
press once to terminate two-way
voice communication.
