5.4.1.2 Dial Call Reporting Telephone 

The 

“Dial Call Reporting Telephone” tab allows the user to assign a unique telephone number to 

each event for dial call reporting. This tab is only available when Dial Call Reporting Method is 
selected. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on each subtab below to proceed. After editing and updating, click 

“Write” to apply new 

settings. 

00  Panel Emergency

 - When the HELP Panel button is pressed. 

01  Pendant 1 Emergency

 - When Pendant 1 is pressed or triggered. 

02  Pendant 2 Emergency

 - When Pendant 2 is pressed or triggered. 

03  Pendant 1 Emergency with Low Battery

 - When Pendant 1 is pressed or triggered under 

Low Battery status. 

04  Pendant 2 Emergency with Low Battery 

- When Pendant 2 is pressed or triggered under 

Low Battery status. 

05  Pendant 1 Low Battery 

- When Pendant 1 is under low battery status. 

06  Pendant 2 Low Battery 

- When Pendant 2 is under low battery status. 

07  Smoke Emergency

 - When Smoke Detector (SD) is triggered. When Smoke Detector (SD) 

button is pressed. 

08  Fall Emergency

 - When the Fall Sensor button is pressed. 

09  Panel AC Failure

 - When the Panel AC power failure is detected and lasts for more than one 

hour. 

10  Panel AC Restore

 - When the Panel AC power is restored for more than one hour. 

11  Panel Low Battery

 - When the Panel is under Low Battery status. 

12  Panel Low Battery Restore

 - When the Panel Battery is back to normal.
