5.4.1.4. Settings
The Settings tab allows you to program general configuration for the panel
. Click “Write” when you
have completed all settings to confirm.
31# Ringer Enable for Incoming Calls:
-
When disabled, the panel will operate silent for an in-coming call.

When enabled, the panel will sound a ring tone as an audio alert for an in-coming call. The
user can answer the incoming call by pressing the HELP BUTTON or Pendant Button.
32# Audible Fault Alert:
-
When turned on, the panel will sound warning beeps for a detected and existent fault situation
every 30 seconds. The fault situation includes Low Battery Fault (for both the panel and
Devices) and AC Failure.

When turned off, the panel will NOT sound warning beeps for a fault situation.
33# Help Arrived Signaling:
-
This function is only available for the digital Contact ID reporting method. It is used for the
Monitoring Center personnel to confirm if the help has arrived for the user or not

If Help Arrived Signaling is set to ON , once the Alarm Reporting is completed, the HELP
BUTTON backlight will start to flash. Press the RESET BUTTON when the Help arrives, and
the panel will report to monitoring center and the HELP BUTTON backlight will stop flashing.
If the RESET BUTTON is not pressed within 15 minutes, the panel will send one more
Help
Call report to summon help and inform the Monitoring Center that no help has arrived within
the past 15 minutes.

If Help Arrived Signaling is set to OFF , once the Alarm Reporting is completed, the panel will
return to idle mode.
34# Emergency Button Enable:

When this function is programmed as Button On , the HELP BUTTON is activated. When
pressed, it will send an Emergency alarm report to the Monitoring Station.

When this function is programmed as Button Off , the HELP BUTTON is deactivated.
35# Silent Mode:
-
When Silent Mode is On, all normal operation warning beeps, guard time tone, key tone and
rings will be silenced. In silent mode, the speaker still functions normally for two-way voice
communication and voice message playback.

When Silent Mode is Off, all warning beeps, guard time tone, key tone and rings will function
noramlly.
