Dial Call Reporting Method
If Dial Call Reporting Method is selected,
SUPER 32-DT35A will call the CMS at the
designated number for the alarm event.
Voice Prompt “Calling the Care Center”
will be played after alarm activation.
A two-way talk of 15 minutes is allowed
after the call is answered by CMS.
Alarm Reporting will be recorded as
successful when the call recipient at CMS
hangs up. SUPER 32-DT35A will play
voice prompt “Call has ended.” to notify
the user.
If reporting fails for the first time in one of
the following conditions, SUPER 32-
DT35A will hang up and re-dial for a max
of 5 times.

Call is not picked up after 10
ringtones.
-
No tone is detected for 30 seconds.
-
Busy tone is detected after dialing.
6.3. Walk Test (Range Test)
Walk Test, or range test, is a test to check
whether learned-in devices are within signal
range.
You can conduct Walk Test in SUPER 32-
DT35A under 3 different modes as listed below.
6.3.1. In Learning Mode
Range test under Learning Mode is applicable
to all devices.
To enter Local Learning Mode:
Step 1.
Press and hold the
Learn Button
of
SUPER 32-DT35A for 6 seconds.
When pressed, SUPER 32-DT35A will
emit a beep sound initially. SUPER
32-DT35A will emit another short
beep at the 3rd second, and a double
beep when it reaches the 6th second.
Step 2.
Release the
Learn Button
and the
Control Panel will emit a long beep.
The white backlight will start flashing
quickly. SUPER 32-DT35A is now in
the learning mode.
To conduct Walk Test:
Step 3.
Move the device to your desirable
location in the house, and press the
sensor button
to observe the range
of its operation.
Step 4.
If SUPER 32-DT35A responds with
one long beep
, then the particular
device is within the operation range.
Step 5.
To exit Learning Mode, press the
Learn Button
once. Alternatively,
SUPER 32-DT35A will exit Learning
mode automatically after 5 minutes of
inactivity.
6.3.2. In Walk Test Mode
Range test under Walk Test Mode is only
applicable to Smoke Detector (SD), Carbon
Monoxide Detector (CO), Motion Sensor (IR)
and Water Sensor (WS).
Step 1.
Upon exiting Learning Mode, SUPER
32-DT35A will automatically enter
Walk Test Mode for the devices
mentioned above (SD, CO, IR, WS).
Step 2.
Move the device to your desirable
location in the house, and press the
TEST button
to observe the range of
its operation.
Step 3.
If SUPER 32-DT35A responds with
one
long beep
, then the particular
device is within the operation range.
Step 4.
SUPER 32-DT35A will automatically
exit Walk Test Mode after 3 minutes.
6.3.3. In Idle Mode
Range test under Idle Mode is only applicable
to Smoke Detector (SD), Carbon Monoxide
Detector (CO), Motion Sensor (IR) and Water
Sensor (WS).
Step 1.
Press the
Test button
of the devices
mentioned above (SD, CO, IR, WS),
and a signal will be sent to SUPER
32-DT35A indicating it is ready to
conduct Walk Test.
Step 2.
Within 30 seconds,
Move the device
to your desirable location in the
house, and press its
TEST button
again to observe the range for its
operation.
Step 3.
If SUPER 32-DT35A responds with
one
long beep
, then the particular
device is within the operation range.
