CTS 500 32” Troubleshooting
Because the CTS 500 32” uses a first-time setup wizard, configuring and troubleshooting tasks are
somewhat different than other CTS models. Refer to
Troubleshooting the CTS 500 32” in this guide and
to the following support documentation on Cisco.com:

Cisco IP Phone does not
register with the IP
