Trimmed

Description

Books are not being trimmed to the dimensions
or locations that are intended.

Possible Causes



The trimmer’s accuracy is not set cor-
rectly.



Books are not registering in the registra-
tion area properly, causing the books to
be misaligned in the gripper when being
trimmed.

Solutions



Recalibrate the machine’s accuracy set-
tings (ADJ 4.5 Accuracy Adjustment).



Check function of left side jogging cylin-
der (ADJ 4.20 Left Jog Pressure Adjust-

der).


