The pre-programmed Test was
not started within the maximum
time (TD) from the request
Reset the diagnosis and perform the Test.
Check that TD time is adequate for the application, if
needed set FT=OFF to show the message without the
activation of the diagnosis
TEST FAILED
The Test has failed
After the reset, check for the causes in section 4.8 and
repeat the Test
Set FF=OFF to show the message without the
activation of the diagnosis
5.6.3 Warning
messages
Some conditions cause a warning message, without fault activation:

AUTOLEARN ABORTED
TA Autolearn aborted
Check the absence of noise or vibrations during the
procedure and repeat it. If the procedure is aborted
because of a fault, check the message on the display.
WAIT
UPDATING CONFIG
The Metal Detector configuration
update is in progress (i.e. at start-up,
changing transmission channel,
detection mode or band)
Wait until the end of the Metal Detector start-up
procedure.
REMOTE CONTROL
ACTIVE
Remote control is active
The message is shown on the main control panel together
with the keyboard deactivation, in case an additional
remote control panel is connected, in case of commands
continuous use for the display virtual remoting or if the
virtual display has been activated once connected to the
Web Server.
Detect.inhibited
The Metal Detector is inhibited by
external device connected to the
INHIBITION input or at the
startup
If the message is shown at
startup and if the
function is not required, deactivate it (IN=0)
If the Metal Detector remain continuously inhibited, check
the INHIBITION input line functioning.
Enforced eject
The product ejection is forced by
external device connected to the
INHIBITION input
If the function is not required, deactivate it (IN=0)
EJECTION
MUST BE ON
Ejection is disabled at Test start-up
Activate the ejection system, before starting a Test
EJECTION
IN PROGRESS
Previous ejection not concluded at
Test start-up
In ejection mode with belt stop, complete the ejection
before starting a Test.
EJECTION OFF
The Metal Detector ejection system
has been disabled.
This function will be automatically enabled at the system
reboot or by manually reactivating the relevant parameter
(EJ=ON).
TRANSMISSION OFF
Transmission has been disabled.
This function will be automatically enabled at the system
reboot or by manually reactivating the relevant parameter
(TX=ON).
TRANSPORT STOPPED
The system awaits for the enabling
signal.
The FOLLOWING CONVEYOR input is not activated.
In case the message persists, check the input connection.
If this control is not required, it can be disabled (FC=OFF).
WARN: IXC timeout
IXC card disconnected or damaged
Check the IXC card connection to the ALM card.
Switch the Metal Detector off and on.
If the problem persists, contact Assistance Service.
