5.6.2 Connected sensors and additional controls diagnosis
On CEIA integrated systems, the diagnosis related to the sensors already installed are activated and pre-programmed.

Type
LOGIN RESTRICTED
Three consecutive attempts to
access programming (locally or
remotely) with wrong username
or password
The System is automatically reset once the
Administrator access to the Programming.
In case this is not possible, contact CEIA to follow the
password recovery procedure.

Not sync.alarm
A metal alarm occurred without
the synchronization photocell
could detect a product in transit
Check the absence of electric or mechanical
interferences
Verify that the alarm was not caused accidentally by
an operator
Check that the photocell is correctly positioned,
working and programmed for the photocell related
parameters (IP, PD)
Check that BS parameter or the speed read by the
encoder, correspond to the actual transit speed
In systems without a sensor connected to the
PHOTOCELL input, or in case it is requested to
deactivate the diagnosis, set NSA=OFF
ALARM TOO BIG
Metal alarm with a too big
amplitude (in dB), respect to the
threshold set (ATBT)
Check the presence of a big metallic mass in the
product in transit or that the alarm was not caused
accidentally by an operator.
If needed, the diagnosis can be deactivated by setting
ATBT=0.
CEN.BELT FAULT(0)
Simultaneous activation of the
belt centering photocells for a
time higher than the threshold
set (CBT)
Remove the blockage condition
Check the correct installation and functioning of the
photocells
On devices without belt centering system, deactivate
the diagnosis (CBT=OFF)
CEN.BELT FAULT(1)
Prolonged activation of a belt
centering piston for a time higher
than the threshold set (CBMT)
Check the belt alignment.
In any case, set CBMT to a value higher than the time
effectively used to center the carpet.
Check the absence of blocking of one of the belt
centering photocells
On devices without belt centering system, deactivate
the diagnosis (CBMT=0)
EJECT.OUT OF ORDER
Incorrect position of the ejector
or ejector repositioning too slow
after the alarm, according to the
time limit set (EPCD)
Check that the ejector is not blocked, that it is correctly
installed and correctly activated in both directions
Check that EPCD time is adequate for the application
Sensors connected to EJ.
CONFIRMATION and EJ.
POSITION CHECK inputs faulty
or disconnected
Check the sensors electrical and mechanical
installation and their correct activation
In absence of a sensor connected to the
EJ.POSITION CHECK input, deactivate the diagnosis
(EPC=OFF)
