5.2.3.3 THS-MBB and THS-MBR
Flat Top modular belt
On the bottom of the belt, grip the rod in
the opening near the belt edge.
Push the rod slightly to the side and past
the retention feature.
Once past the belt edge, pull the rod out
to open the belt.
When you have cleaned the belt,
return it to its position
Join belt ends together so the hinges are
aligned and insert the rod through the
hinges as far as possible.
Use a screwdriver to push the rod past
the retention feature. Ensure the rod is
fully inserted.
Flush Grid modular belt
Insert a screwdriver between two flush
edges. Twist the screwdriver to bend and
push the rod through the retention feature
and out of the belt
Use a screwdriver to push the rod out
from the opposite belt edge
Once the rod is out of the opposite belt
edge, pull it out by hands and open the
belt.
When you have cleaned the belt,
return it to its position
Join belt ends together so the hinges are
aligned and insert the rod through the
hinges as far as possible.
Use a screwdriver to push the rod past
the retention feature. Ensure the rod is
fully inserted.
