Check the correct installation and the correct
tensioning of the belt
On systems with
check that the speed
operative range is compatible with the values of BL
and BM parameters.
Check the correct mechanical and electric installation
of the Encoder and the correct actiovation of the
ENCODER input
Check that the encoder is set to correctly read the
actual transit speed (see DI, KE). In case of
programmable encoders, check that the number of
pulses per revolution is equal to the one set on KE.
If the problem persists, contact Assistance Service.
ALR RATE TOO HIGH
Number of alarms higher than
the maximum set (ART, ARP)
Check the abnormal condition that generated the
alarmsand reset through the Reset command or by
resetting the Alarm counter related to the current
Product (AR)
Ejection time greater than the
maximum set (EMEX)
EVENT BUFFER FULL
Event memory buffer is full
The Head of Quality Control, or the Data management
Supervisor, shall print the Events or save them on file,
then confirm the operation (commands PL, EV)

If possible, open the air supply valve

pneumatic circuit lower than the
limit set on the flow regulator
Check the absence of throttling in the tubes of the
pneumatic circuit
Check the pressure of the pneumatic supply source

disconnected
Check the sensor pneumatic and electrical installation
and its correct activation
In case a sensor is not connected, deactivate the
diagnosis (AP=OFF).
If the problem persists, contact Assistance Service.
EJECT.SYSTEM JAM

Remove the obstruction condition of the photocell
Ejector stuck in the ejected
position
Remove the stuck condition of the ejector
Sensor connected to EJ.

Check the sensor mechanical and electrical
installation and its correct activation
In case a sensor is not connected, deactivate the
diagnosis (CE=OFF).
