9.3.2 Riduttore
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
I riduttori ed i variatori, in particolari
condizioni ambientali ed applicative, durante il
funzionamento possono sviluppare temperature
relativamente alte. Effettuare le operazioni
di pulizia, manutenzione e riparazione solo
quando, una volta arrestata la macchina, i
componenti esterni del riduttore o del variatore
abbiano raggiunto una temperatura prossima a
quell’ambiente.
Per eseguire correttamente le operazioni di sostituzione
del lubrificante, attenersi alle seguenti indicazioni:
- Posizionare un recipiente sotto il tappo di
scarico, rimuovere quest’ultimo e lasciare uscire
completamente l’olio.
- Eseguire una pulizia accurata della parte esterna,
rimuovendo qualunque scoria.
- Procedere al lavaggio degli organi interni, utilizzando
prodotti specifici.
- Procedere ad un secondo lavaggio degli organi
interni, utilizzando una piccola quantità di lubrificante
nuovo.
- Rimontare il tappo di scarico, rimuovere il tappo
di carico e riempire con lubrificante nuovo,
controllandone il livello mediante il tappo indicatore.
- Il lubrificante esausto deve essere smaltito secondo
le normative vigenti.
Per eseguire correttamente le operazioni di sostituzione
o riparazione delle parti, attenersi alle seguenti
indicazioni:
- Per il montaggio e lo smontaggio di organi calettati,
è necessario fare uso di adeguati tiranti ed estrattori,
utilizzando i fori filettati posti alle estremità degli
alberi.
- Prima di eseguire il montaggio, le superfici di contatto
devono essere pulite e trattate con prodotti protettivi,
allo scopo di prevenire ossidazioni e bloccaggi.
- Assicurarsi che gli elementi di fissaggio siano serrati
correttamente, e che il posizionamento sia stabile e
non causi vibrazioni.
- Prima della messa in funzione, assicurarsi che la
quantità di lubrificante sia ottimale.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
9.3.2 Gearbox
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
The temperatures of gearboxes and variators may
become very high during operation in particular
environmental conditions and applications.
Cleaning and maintenance procedures, along with
repairs, must only be done when the machine is
stopped and once the components outside the
gearbox and variator have cooled down to almost
ambient temperature.
Follow the instructions below to replace the lubricant in
the correct manner:
- Place the container under the drain cap, remove the
cap and wait for all the oil to drain.
- Clean the outside accurately, removing all residue.
- Wash the internal parts using the appropriate
cleaning products.
- Wash the internal parts a second time using a small
amount of new lubricant.
- Remount the drain cap, remove the filling cap and
fill with new lubricant, checking the level with the
indicator cap.
- The exhausted lubricant must be disposed of
according to the current laws in force.
Follow the instructions below to replace and repair parts
correctly:
- The threaded holes on the ends of the shafts of the tie
rods and ejectors must be used to install and remove
coupled parts.
- The contact surfaces must be cleaned and treated
with protective products to prevent oxidation and
blockage before installation.
- Make sure the fixing elements are locked correctly
and that the positioning is stable without causing
vibrations.
- Make sure there is an optimal amount of lubricant
before start up.
The operators may get caught or crushed
in moving parts if these operations are not
performed correctly.
