7.4 SISTEMA DI RAFFREDDAMENTO PEZZI
7.4.1 Pulizia filtro
Si consiglia di effettuare il controllo, ed eventualmente la
pulizia, ogni 100 ore di funzionamento.
Per eseguire correttamente queste operazioni, attenersi
alle seguenti indicazioni:
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
- Rimuovere la cartuccia A dalla propria sede;
- Pulirla utilizzando un getto d’aria compressa alla
pressione massima di 2 bar;
- Orientare il getto in direzione contraria rispetto a
quella di normale funzionamento;
- Insistere fino ad eliminare completamente ogni
residuo;
- A pulizia ultimata, rimontare la cartuccia nella propria
sede.
Permane il rischio residuo d’irritazioni e
intossicazioni, causa il contatto o l’inalazione
di sostanze nocive quali residui di prodotto
verniciante, polveri e prodotti utilizzati per la
pulizia, se queste operazioni non sono eseguite
correttamente.
Rimontare i filtri solo se sono perfettamente
asciutti, puliti ed integri.
7.4 PIECE COOLING SYSTEM
7.4.1 Filter cleaning
We recommend checking and cleaning the filter every
100 hours of operation, if necessary.
Follow the instructions below to perform these
operations correctly:
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
- Remove the cartridge A from its slot;
- Clean it using jets of compressed air at a maximum
pressure of 2 bar;
- Aim the jet of air in the opposite direction respecting
the direction of normal operation;
- Continue until all residue is completely eliminated;
- Put the cartridge back in place once the cleaning
operation is completed.
If these operations are not performed correctly,
the operators may risk intoxication and irritations
due to contact with or inhalation of harmful
substances, such as glazing product residue,
dust and products used for cleaning.
Put the filters back in place only when they are
completely dry, clean and intact.
