7.2 GRUPPO LAMPADE
7.2.1 Pulizia
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
Per la presenza di TENSIONI PERICOLOSE, è
severamente vietato eseguire qualsiasi intervento,
senza aver prima disinserito l’alimentazione
elettrica.
Ogni 100 ore pulire internamente il forno utilizzando un
panno asciutto o imbevuto di alcool, intervenendo in
special modo sulla superficie della parabola A.
La lampada non deve essere necessariamente
rimossa dalla propria sede, é comunque
importante che non venga toccata con le mani
nude; se ciò dovesse accadere é indispensabile
procedere ad una accurata pulizia, mediante
alcool, della zona dove é avvenuto il contatto.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
Permane il rischio residuo di ustioni, causa le
elevate temperature che la macchina sviluppa
durante la fase di lavoro, se queste operazioni
non sono eseguite correttamente.
7.2 LAMP UNIT
7.2.1 Cleaning
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
It is strictly prohibited to perform any operations
in the presence of HAZARDOUS HIGH VOLTAGE,
without first having shut off the electricity supply.
Clean the inside of the oven every 100 hours using a dry
cloth soaked in alcohol. Make sure to clean the surface
of parabola A.
The lamp does not necessarily need to be
removed from its slot. However, it must not
be touched by bare hands. If this occurs, it is
imperative that the operator cleans the touched
area accurately using alcohol.
The operators may get caught or crushed
in moving parts if these operations are not
performed correctly.
Due to the high temperatures the machine
develops during operation, the operator may
be severely burnt if these procedures are not
performed correctly.
