The following information is an alphabetical list of technical terms used in this
document.
Table D-1. Glossary of Technical Terms
Term Definition
Accumulator Shows the last accumulator reading received by
input channel 5 (Ch5). Dashes display in the
Accumulator column for all other input
channels. If input channel 6 is configured for a
second accumulator, the Accumulator column
shows the last accumulator reading received by
input channel 6 (Ch6).
Alarm Delay Number of seconds that must pass between
recognized alarms.
Alarm Input An informational field that indicates the current
alarm status of the unit. If the input device is
connected to the CH 1 alarm input on the unit,
the UCT software displays the current alarm
status in the Alarm Input field. Open indicates a
non-alarm condition. If the contact closure is
closed, the word Closed displays in the status
box to indicate an alarm condition.
Auto Update Clicking Auto Update in Communication
Settings on the main configuration screen
displays a “live” RSSI reading. Also see Update.
Clicking Auto Update in Channels on the main
configuration screen automatically displays
“live” input channel readings every 16 seconds.
