and Troubleshooting
This chapter provides general maintenance tips and troubleshooting guidelines. If
you experience problems with the equipment or UCT software and are unable to
resolve a problem using the following information, contact Technical Support for
assistance at 512-249-3400.
General Maintenance Tips
Enclosure
The inside of the enclosure should be kept dry and dust free as much as possible.
Solar Panel Battery Charger

To help maintain maximum charging efficiency, remove dust and dirt
from the glass surface using a mild soap and water.

Periodically check the cable going to the unit for nicks or cuts.

A broken or cracked glass panel should be replaced as soon as possible.
Sealed Lead Acid Battery

Use the UCT software or a voltmeter to monitor the battery voltage level.
The battery is considered low at 11.0 volts and dead at 10.5 volts. However,
if the voltage level is 11.0 volts or lower, the UCT software will not start.
