RM2020 Installation
The procedures in this chapter explain how to install an RM2020.
RM2020 Overview
The RM2020 (Figure 2-1) is housed in a NEMA-rated weatherproof enclosure. It is
primarily used in cathodic protection applications and uses the ORBCOMM
satellite network for data transmissions. The RM2020 also includes 6 isolated
input channels with the following specifications:

Input channels 1, 3, and 4:
support analog (±5VDC) or active digital.

Input channel 2:
supports analog (±100VDC) or active digital.

Input channel 5 and 6:
support digital, active digital, or contact closure.
Channel 5 can also be used as an accumulator and channel 6 as an
accumulator reset.
