ORBCOMM Satellite Service
RM2020 units use ORBCOMM satellite services to transmit data and alarm
packets from the field to your website account. ORBCOMM provides global
coverage using more than 30 satellites distributed around the globe in a low-Earth
orbit (LEO) constellation in seven orbital planes at an altitude of 515 miles (825

NOTES:
Input Channels (CH1-CH6): See manual for
input channel specifications.
Antenna: After installing the antenna on a suitable
surface, apply silicon adhesive around the base of
the antenna to help secure it in place during high
wind or other extreme weather conditions.
Radio LED: Red when acquiring satellite signal;
green when signal acquired.
Packet in Queue LED: Yellow when waiting to
transmit packet; black when no packets waiting to
transmit.
