Touch the symbol.
For the initial destination entry, a list
with countries is displayed.
Select your destination country.
The
Destination menu is displayed.
Touch the symbol to select a differ-
ent country.
Touch the symbol and enter the city
or postal code.
Touch the symbol and enter the
street.
Touch the symbol and enter the
house number.

Touch the symbol and enter the
street that intersects the previously
entered street.
After the destination entry, you have the op-
tion to start the route guidance or to defi ne
the route options fi rst.

Specifying route options
Prerequisite:
You are in the Destination Input menu.
Touch the Options button to call up the add-
on menu.
Touch the symbol.
The
Route Options menu is dis-
played.
Touch the symbol to select the type
of route calculation:
My Optimum : Combination of shortest
and fastest route (adjustable: Options
button). Distance and time are taken into
consideration.
Fast : The route with the fastest driving
time is calculated.
Short : The route with the shortest dis-
tance is calculated.
Ecological : The route with the lowest
possible driving expenses (fuel effi cient)
is calculated.
Economic : Combination of fastest and
ecological route. Time and costs are tak-
en into consideration.
Off-road : Distance and time for the
straight line between position and desti-
nation are calculated.
Touch the symbol to change be-
tween speed profi les offered.
Touch the symbol to activate (check
mark) or deactivate (no check mark)
automatic traffi c jam detours with
TMC.
Touch the symbol to allow (check
mark) or disallow (no check mark)
motorways.
Touch the symbol to allow toll roads
in the add-on menu or to avoid them.
Touch the symbol to allow (check
mark) or disallow (no check mark)
ferries.
