Function Meaning
Emergency buttons Testing of the remote control is carried out in the web interface in the same manner as on the
alarm panel.
Press the button on a pendant.
The following information appears on the display

which user is assigned to this emergency button

the function of this pendant
HUA = hold up alarm
Medical = medical emergency
PFN alarm = social care alarm

the received signal strength (RSSI)

ARC reporting
Testing of the ARC reporting function is carried out in the web interface in the same manner
as on the alarm panel.
ARC Reporting must be activated and the contact must be saved in the phone book.
Installer Mode->Communications->ARC Reporting ->Call Mode ->Single
(or Alternate)
A list of the available connected transmission paths can be seen:
Ethernet, Ethernet / IP Mobile

When this is selected, the 2 possible configured recipients (IP Recipient 1, IP Recipient 2)
are displayed with their contact names as stored in the phone book.

Scroll to the desired contact. Press the "Select” or “Start” key in the web interface.

The alarm panel sends a test call to this recipient.

The event (or trigger) "Test" is sent according to the set protocol.
PSTN

When this is selected, the 2 possible configured recipients (Tel Recipient 1, Tel Recipient
2) are displayed with their contact names as stored in the phone book.

Scroll to the desired contact. Press the "Select” or “Start” key in the web interface.

The alarm panel sends a test call to this recipient.

The event (or trigger) "Test" is sent according to the set protocol.
GSM / Mobile

When this is selected, the 2 possible configured recipients (Tel Recipient 1, Tel Recipient
2) are displayed with their contact names as stored in the phone book.

Scroll to the desired contact. Press the "Select” or “Start” key in the web interface.

The alarm panel sends a test call to this recipient.

The event (or trigger) "Test" is sent according to the set protocol.
During the test call a series of progress messages appear on the display.
If the test call was not successful, the display shows a brief message with the
cause of the error.
