Switching off the IOLMaster
Note:
The procedure described below does not apply if there is a proĆ
blem or if the instrument does not respond to your entries!
If this occurs, immediately switch off the instrument and
disconnect the power cable. Label the instrument as being
defective and call Carl Zeiss Meditec Technical Service.
After you have performed all measurements and calculations, exit
the program using the
Ć appropriate button or the
Ć <
E
> key.
Confirm the operation with
<OK>
or <
Enter
>.
The data of the current (last) patient will be saved automatically.
When Windows has shut down (wait for corresponding message!),
you may switch off the instrument with the power switch (

, Fig. 2).
Note:
Failure to switch off the device as described (emergency) may
result in data loss and software damage.
