By a click on the
LOAD
button, the data records of all patients available
for optimization will be loaded.

Special filter functions allow fast selection of patient data.
The right column shows the list of all patients available for optimization.
Select the desired patient data record from this list.
Choose the eye that shall be used for the optimization calculation.
The fields below show the measured data of the IOLMaster.
If you want the data of the other eye to be kept in the data table for
the further optimization process, activate the
keep other side in
table
check box (set check mark).
Click on the
<<
button to load the selected data record in the leftĆ
hand table. These data records are intended for IOL optimization.
In this way, load at least 10 data records into the optimization table.
If you want to retransfer a data record from the leftĆhand table to the
rightĆhand table, select it and click the
>>
button.
To delete a data record from either rightĆhand or leftĆhand table,
select it and click on the <
Del
> button.
If the leftĆhand table includes all data records you want to use, click
on
OK
. The program will take you back to the optimization dialog box
(Fig. 33).
In following additional optimization processes, you may add further
patient data record to the leftĆhand list.
Note:
The data contained in the database (rightĆhand and leftĆhand
table) will not be deleted automatically. Thus, they are available
also for later additional optimizations.
As hardĆdisk faults can never be completely precluded, it is adviĆ
sable to regularly transfer the data to an office management
system or print out the data.
