Exchange the contact wire (2-32/

) if it is
strongly oxidized. For this purpose, loosen
clamping screw (2-32/
14
) using SW 1 mm Allen
key.
•
Insert new HBO 103 W/2 lamp in the cooling
body with the smaller shaft diameter and
tighten clamping screw (2-32/
4
).
•
Insert HBO 103 W/2 lamp with cooling body
and contact wire in the appropriate openings of
the lamp mount. Make sure that the larger
shaft diameter of the HBO 103 W/2 lamp
engages into the base.
•
Carefully and safely apply 17 mm fork wrench
(2-32/
6
) on the hexagonal nut (2-32/
7
) and
tighten it. Make absolutely sure that the fork
wrench does not slide off to avoid damage to
the glass tube.
•
Then tighten knurled screw (2-32/
12
).
•
Attach lamp housing with collector to the very
front position (in the direction of the light) of
the lamp mount (2-32/
9
) until the contact pin
for safety switch-off (2-32/
10
) engages in the
drilled hole (2-32/
8
).
•
Tighten clamping screw (2-32/
11
) of lamp
housing.
•
Connect HBO 103 plug and line plug to the
HBO 100 W transformer.
•
Adjust HBO 103 illuminator as described in
section 2.1.11 (3).
