Scan Resolution 400 x 400 dpi, 300 x 300 dpi, 200 x 200 dpi, or 100 x 200 dpi.
The system queries the template pool on the file server to
update the list. If the file server cannot be accessed, an error
message is displayed. Files that have an incorrect template
file name format are discarded from the list.
Templates
Templates
contain preprogramming applied by a user to a
document. Templates are similar to the
Stored
Jobs
feature.
Templates can be created or the system default template is
available for use.
Only six job template names will be visible on the touch
screen at any one time, to view the remaining templates use
the scroll buttons.
When a template is selected from the list, the system
downloads a copy from the local disk. To obtain an updated
copy, press the
Refresh Template
button. The system will
attempt to retrieve the latest version of the template from the
file server. If the file server cannot be accessed, or the file
cannot be found, the machine displays an error message
and maintains the previous programming.
A job template can be modified for a job. Select the required
features on the Scan Setups, Filing Setups or Destination
Setups (Document Centre 332/340) / Fax Setups
(Document Centre 220/230) screens to apply any changes.
After the job is scanned, the
Document Centre
automatically
files, faxes and prints the job as specified in the
programming. On completion, a confirmation report is
printed.
