Copying procedure
Before making copies on the
Document Centre
220/230/332/340
, you need to determine what you want to
copy and how many copies you want to make. There are 6
simple steps to follow when making copies:
1.
Load the documents
2.
Press the
Features
button to display the first
Copy
screen
3.
Select the features
4.
Enter the quantity
5.
Press
Start
6.
Identify the job in the
Print Queue
in
Job Status
mode
NOTE:
If the Auditron has been enabled on the machine, an
account number may be required before programming can
commence. For user allocation, or further information about
the Auditron, please contact your Key Operator.
1. Load the documents
A choice of document input areas is available. These are:
- A document feeder for multiple documents
- A document glass.
Document Feeder
Up to 50 documents can be scanned at one time using the
document feeder. Ensure the documents are of the same
size, in good condition and all staples or paper clips are
