Paper and other media

Loading paper

When a paper tray is opened, the 

Document Centre 

220/230/332/340

 assumes more paper is to be loaded. The 

touch screen displays a pop-up window, giving the option to 
change the paper and its attributes, or load more of the 
same paper. Please refer to 

Page 3-21

 for more information 

about programming the paper tray attributes.

Preparing paper for loading

Before loading paper into the paper trays, fan the edges. 
This procedure separates any sheets of paper that are stuck 
together and reduces the possibility of paper jams.
