Introduction
Completed Fax Jobs Queue
The
Completed
Fax Queue
button will only be displayed if
the
Fax
option is available.
Maintains completed fax jobs that were successful, or
terminated due to user request or a fault.

Name
—the name of the destination for the job.
-
Type
—the job category, such as receive, broadcast,
immediate LAN fax, mailbox polled, mailbox polling,
mailbox receive, mailbox send, manual poll, polled,
polling, send and unknown (power interruption).

Owner
—the person who submitted the job. For
network fax jobs, this is the name of the person
submitting the job. For fax send, broadcast, mailbox
send, and polling reservation jobs, the owner is
displayed as local.

Status
—information about the progress of the job,
such as complete or an error indicated by a specific
error code.

Pages—
the number of pages stored in memory for
transmission and the number of pages transmitted.
Use the toolbar across the top of the
Print Queue
to manage
your jobs. When a toolbar button is selected a pop-up
window is displayed, select
Confirm
or
Cancel
to complete
the requested action.
