Fax

Activity Report contains information about the last 50 communications 

completed on the machine and can either manually or 
automatically print a report of the telephone line activity for 
both receiving and transmitting jobs. This report does not 
count the cover page as a transmitted page, but it does 
count the receipt of a cover page (if created by the machine) 
as a received page.

Pending Jobs Report contains information about the jobs still in memory. In 

addition, this report gives a percentage of available memory. 

Options Report (

Document

Centre 220/230

)

provides

 

the current settings for the machine and the 

programmed comments, message stamp comments, stored 
jobs and firmware version.

Dial Directory Report

(Complete Report)

provides information about the Dial Directory numbers. Print 
a complete report, or specific sections of the report (the first 
50 numbers, 51–100, 101–150, 151–200, or Dial Groups).

Answer Mode

There are two answering (or receiving) modes:
