The charging station has an integrated
cable hanger. The charger casing's shape
makes it possible to wrap the cable around
the unit, preventing it from lying on the
ground during storage.
The docking port in the middle of the
charging module holds the charging
handle in place when not in use.
Always connect the charging handle to
the docking port when the charger is
connected to the vehicle.
The charging handle has different designs
depending on market, see next illustration.
The charging handle for USA/Canada
(SAE) (1) has a button (A) to detach the
handle from the vehicle. The charging
handle for Europe (IEC) (2) has no button.
Requirements for installation
Note!
All electrical installations must be
performed and checked by an
authorised electrician.
Note!
The charging station's connection
requirement is 208 V – 240 V
alternating voltage. The circuit breaker
must be dimensioned for 20 A (IEC) or
40 A (SAE).
