About screen number
PMIU unit displays the screen that the number of the screen is same to the value of system register tag SW
0005 (Screen Trigger register).
Available screen number range is shown as follows. The value that exceeds the range cannot be input.
Base screen
1 – 49999
Popup screen
65001 – 65534
Template screen
1 - 10
Note that the number of screens that you can make is limited by memory available capacity.
Screen number need not be consecutive. But same number must not exist more than once.
When you insert a new screen between previous screens that has consecutive screen number, following
procedures are necessary.
Step 1.
Change the screen number of all the screens which there is before a position to insert, for prevent
overlapping of screen number.
Step 2.
Create new screen. The new screen is made behind the last screen.
Step 3.
Change screen number to the position (number) that you want to insert screen.
If your project has a lot of screens, this is very troublesome work.
To facilitate the replacement and the addition of the screen, following are recommended.

Screen number is given at intervals (Such as line number of BASIC, Screen 10, 20, 30…).

Screen number is given depending to category or function of the screen (Control screen is 10, 11.12…,
Setting screen is 20, 21, 22…, Monitoring screen is 30, 31, 32…, Alarm screen is 40, 41, 42…).
Even if screen number is not consecutive, you can use Next /Previous screen task. For example, when there
are screen 10, 15, 20 and current screen is screen 15, you can jump to screen 20 by Next screen task, you can
jump to screen 10 by Previous screen task.
