Swap Tag B and Tag A
Swap the value of register tag A and register tag B.
Previous value of tag A is stored in tag B, and previous
value of tag B is stored in tag A.

tag B & length is specified by No. of tags) to register
table (starting with register tag A & length is specified by
No. of tags). You can set communication device tag as
tag A (destination), but tag B must be tag in PMIU unit.
