Procedures
It is very important that proper air flow through the chassis is maintained at all
times. DIMM slots are arranged for maximum air circulation and cooling. You
must maintain the arrangement of DIMMs if you remove, install, or replace
DIMMs.
 There are six DIMM slots (sockets) for each processor (CPU).

Three DIMM slots in each group of six slots are blue.
 Each blue slot must have a DIMM or a DIMM blank installed.

Extra DIMM blanks may be stored in unused black slots.
