Comparator mode
Th
is function is used to set and acquire the number of comparator level and number of group.
When the mode is changed, the comparator value for the target axis is cleared, and the “not set” status is
established.

The command sets the number of comparator level and number of comparator group as well as
the value targeted.
Command format
CMM Designated axis =<Mode> <Target value>

0 : 2 levels (16 groups) (Factory setting)
1 : 4 levels (8 groups)
2 : 8 levels (4 groups)
3 : 16 levels (2 groups)
<Target value>
0 : Current value (Factory setting)
1 : Maximum value
2 : Minimum value
3 : Peak to peak value
