The inverter temperature sensor
is disconnected or
short-circuited.

Check whether the inverter
temperature sensor is
connected properly.
2.
Seek technical support.

The power supply fails
during operation.

The input power supply is
subject to phase loss.
3.
The terminals of the input
power supply are loose.
4.
The voltage of the input
power supply drops too
much.
5.
The switch contacts of the
input power supply are

Stop the inverter before
power-off, or directly reset
the fault.
2.
Check the input power
supply and wiring.
3.
Tighten the screws of input
terminals.
4.
Check the air circuit breaker
and contactor.

The detection circuit of the drive
board or control board is

Seek technical support.

The deceleration time is too
short.

The load is too heavy.

Check the dynamic brake.

Check whether the motor

disconnection

The PID feedback is greater
than the upper limit (F09.24)
or less than the lower limit
(F09.25), depending on the
type of the feedback sensor.

Check whether the feedback
line falls off.
2.
Check whether the sensor is
working abnormally.
3.
Adjust the detection value of
feedback disconnection to a
reasonable level.

The external terminal stops
