6.2 Parameter description

Purpose: Define function for digital input.
Description:

Off: Function of digital input is not activated.
 Message: Indicates a signal applied at digital input 1 or digital
input 2.

Block configuration: Blocks the changing of configuration settings
but allows the configuration to be read out. Cancellation of
blocking in accordance with setting in parameter "2.2.2 DI 1
Direction of action" (Page 77) or "2.2.4 DI 2 Direction of action"
(Page 78).
 Block manual/configuring: Blocks switch to manual mode. Blocks
the configuration function. Cancellation of blocking in accordance
with setting in parameter "2.2.2 DI 1 Direction of action" (Page 77)
or "2.2.4 DI 2 Direction of action" (Page 78).

Move to 0%: When signal is applied, the valve is moved to the
lower travel range limit 0% setpoint. The position approached is
independent of the setpoint direction and corresponds to setpoint
0%. Applies to "Standard" setting in "2.4.1.1 Direction" (Page 83).
 Move to 100%: When signal is applied, the valve is moved to the
upper travel range limit 100% setpoint. The position approached
is independent of the setpoint direction and corresponds to
setpoint 100 %. Applies to "Standard" setting in "2.4.1.1 Direction"
(Page 83).

Stop: In case of an active signal the valve stops in the actual
position.
 PST: Execute partial stroke test.
"2.2.2 DI 1 Direction of action"
Factory setting: Standard
Setting options:

Standard
 Inverted
Purpose: To adjust to normally closed contact (NC) or a normally open contact
(NO).
Description: Use this parameter to set the direction of action of the input.
 Standard: Digital input DI 1 is active when the contact on terminal
9/10 is closed.

Inverted: Digital input DI 1 is active when the contact on terminal
9/10 is open.
