This value indicates the maximum temperature inside the housing of
the field device, and is continuously determined and saved like a slave
pointer. The maximum temperature can be displayed in °C or °F
depending on the setting.

Purpose:
Change-over of displayed temperature unit.
Description:
Use this parameter to set whether the temperature inside the housing
of the field device is to be measured and displayed in °C or °F. The
defined temperature unit is used for all other temperature-related
displays.
