"1 Quick start" main menu
The following menus offer all initialization types and summarize the most frequently used
parameters. For most applications, installation and start-up can be carried out using the sub-
menus of the "1 Quick Start" main menu. The other main menus relate to special
applications.

Initialization runs automatically. In the process, the positioner sequentially determines the
direction of action, the actuator travel or rotation angle, and the travel times of the actuator,
and adjusts the controller parameters to the dynamic response of the actuator.

Setting options:
Part-turn

Purpose:
Setting of appropriate actuator type for which the positioner is to be
initialized.
