You can access the camera from your PC using the IP address that was assigned to the camera. 

Note
Restart required

It may be necessary to restart the camera depending on the selected operating mode. To do this, 
switch off the power supply and switch it back on again.

Step 4: Start Web Based Management (WBM)

Start the user interface as follows:

1. Start your web browser.

2. Enter the IP address of the camera in the address bar of your browser.
