These acronyms are used below:
•
DPF - Diesel Particulate Filter
•
DOC - Diesel Oxidation Catalyst
•
SCR - Selective Catalyst Reduction
•
DEF - Diesel Exhaust Fluid
•
EST - Exhaust System Temperature
From version 1.07 the controller fully supports the TIER4 (US) and STAGE V (EU) directives
concerning generators emissions. This support consists of two parts:
•
Visualization. A minimum of measurements is required:
o
Percent of soot in the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).
o
Percentage of ash in the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).
o
Diesel Emissions Fluid (DEF) level.
The controller supports the following measurements, and displays them on this page:
o
DPF:
▪
spn
4781: “DPF Soot Mass”.
▪
spn 3719: “DPF Soot Load Percent”.
▪
spn 3720: “DPF Ash Load Percent”.
▪
spn 3721: “DPF Time Since Last Active Regeneration”.
▪
spn 3242: “DPF Intake Gas Temperature”.
▪
spn 3246: “DPF Outlet Gas Temperature”.
▪
spn 3251:
“DPF Differential Pressure”.
o
DOC:
▪
spn 4765: “DOC Intake Gas Temperature”.
▪
spn 4766: “DOC Outlet Gas Temperature”.
