5.6.4
AND/OR logics
The AND/OR logics are, basically, a list of boolean conditions (true/false, on/off, 1/0), which
can be configured by the operator (programming), which the controller evaluates and the result
of which can be assigned to a digital output (see par. 5.6.1). For using the AND/OR logics with
a digital output, use the DOF.0103 function.
INFORMATION!
: the configuration of the AND/OR logics cannot be carried out
directly from the controller display, but it has to be carried out by PC with the BoardPrg3
software.
It is necessary to decide whether the list of conditions has to be evaluated as AND (they have
to be all verified) or as OR (it is enough that at least one condition is verified).
It is not possible
to have mixed logics AND/OR (it is possible using the virtual digital inputs, see
afterwards).
