Automatic Enable of Loop Restoration for Manual Lever Open
mode (only
applicable to the Normally Open configuration) only applies when an OPEN-CLOSE-
READY lever operation causes the state to change. A state change caused by a fault
event will not result in automatically enabling
Loop Restoration
mode.
• If
Automatic Enable of Loop Restoration for Manual Lever Close
mode (only appli-
cable to the Normally Closed configuration) has been configured, the Wi-Fi or SCADA
command to re-enable the
Loop Restoration
mode is not necessary. When the
IntelliRupter fault interrupter is manually closed, it goes to the
Ready
state if the other
conditions for a
Loop Restoration
mode
Ready
state have been satisfied.
• A SCADA command to enable or disable
Loop Restoration
mode. See Figure 84.

When the IntelliRupter fault interrupter
Loop Restoration Timer
is running, it is
indicated on the
Operation
screen. See Figure 85 on page 139.
When
Loop Restoration
mode has successfully restored the line segment, it is indi-
cated on the
Operation
screen. See Figure 86 on page 139.
These methods can be used to enable or disable the
Loop Restoration
mode
Ready
state:
• The
Loop Restoration
mode can be enabled or disabled with an IntelliLink software
command on the
Operation
screen. See Figure 83.
