Counts to Trip
A fault-current count is defined as a fault current event followed by a three-phase voltage
loss. (Range: 1-10; Step: 1; Default: 3)
Voltage Loss Association Time
This is the interval (in seconds) between the end of an overcurrent event and the start
of the three-phase voltage loss that associates the two events to the count breaker
operations. (Range: 0.10-1.00; Step: 0.01; Default: 0.10) Use the default value unless line
voltage will be supported for a protracted period following the breaker operation.
Phase Fault Minimum Current
This is the primary current required to record a phase-fault event. (Range: 30-16,000;
Step: 1; Default: 720) The stated maximum is for 15-kV IntelliRupter fault interrupters;
27-kV and 38-kV models are limited to 12,500 amps maximum.
Phase Fault Definite Time
This is the time (in seconds) required to record a phase-fault event. (Range: 0.02-320.00;
Step: 0.01; Default: 0.02)
Ground Fault Minimum Current
This is the primary current required to record a ground-fault event. (Range: 6-16,000;
Step: 1; Default: 720) The stated maximum is for 15-kV IntelliRupter fault interrupters;
27-kV and 38-kV models are limited to 12,500 amps maximum.
Ground Fault Definite Time
This is the time (in seconds) required to record a ground-fault event. (Range: 0.02-320.00;
Step: 0.01; Default: 0.02)
Loss of Voltage Only
Specify the
Yes
,
No
(default),
IntelliTeam SG
, or
Loops Only
option to configure this
element. The
IntelliTeam SG
or
Loops Only
setting causes this element to only be
active when the IntelliTeam II or IntelliTeam SG system is in the
Ready
state or the
Loop Restoration
mode is configured. The
Loss of Voltage Only
element has a 30-ampere
current threshold that inhibits the element from counting. Current must be below the
30-ampere threshold and voltage must be below the
Open-Source Voltage
threshold.
Both conditions must be met for a minimum of 20 ms for the
Loss of Voltage Only
element to count.
Counts to Trip
A voltage-loss count is defined as normal voltage followed by a three-phase voltage loss
event. (Range: 1-10; Step: 1; Default: 4)
Open-Source Voltage Threshold
This is the voltage below which a Trip event occurs, as specified on the
Setup>Protection>General Profiles>Voltage, Frequency, and Sectionalizing>Voltage
Trip
screen.
Reset Time
This is the time (in seconds) for the IntelliRupter fault interrupter to be in the
Open
state before the
Sectionalizing Timer
resets. (Range: 0-1000; Step: 1; Default: 30)
