Profile Name
Follow these steps to enter the profile name:
STEP 1.
Enter a custom profile name, up to 12 characters, for each of the four General
Profiles. This entry is edited here (in the

screen and sub-screen for the profile. This label is also displayed on the main
screen for the active general profile. See Figure 29.
Initial Trip Settings—
Direction 1
STEP 2.
Enter the overcurrent selections and settings that define the initial trip for
General Profile 1, Direction 1. The labels previously entered for the terminals
on the
Setup>General>Site Related
screen identify the directions. Overcurrent
selections for both directions must be entered. The settings entered for
Direction 1 can be copied to Direction 2 and modified as necessary.
Four general profiles are available and include a complete set of protection
elements that determine how the IntelliRupter fault interrupter will perform
Open
and
Circuit Test
operations.
Copy From button
Follow these steps to use the
Copy From
button:
STEP 1.
For Direction 1, copy settings from another General Profile to minimize data
entry when there are only a few profile differences. The
Copy From
function
only works when the computer is connected to a control.
STEP 2.
Select the General Profile to copy and click on the
Copy From
button. The
settings boxes on the screen are populated with the copied selections and
values. For Direction 2, the settings are always copied from Direction 1, not
from the selected General Profile.
