Set System Time
The System Time allows you to set the current date and time on the hardware clocks on both the frame
and the Q/MD control panel.
Use the following procedure to set the system time:
1. Navigate to the Set System Time Menu as follows:
• Press HOME B More B Setup B More B Set System Time .

2. Set the current date as follows:
• Press
Date
on the Set System Time Menu .
• Use the
Year
knob on the Set System Time Menu to select the current year.
• Use the Month knob on the Set System Time Menu to select the current month.
• Use the
Day
knob on the Set System Time Menu to select the current day.
3. Set the current time as follows:
• Press
Time
on the Set System Time Menu .
• Use the Hour knob on the Set System Time Menu to select the current hour.
• Use the
Minute
knob on the Set System Time Menu to select the current minute.
• Use the
Second
knob on the Set System Time Menu to select the current second.
4. Set Daylight Saving Time as follows:
• Set DST on the Set System Time Menu to turn Daylight Saving Time On or Off .
5. Press
Set
on the Set System Time Menu to set the hardware clock on the Q/MD control
panel and frame to the selected date and time.
This completes the procedure for setting the system time.
Note
The time shown on the menu is the time when the Set System Time
Menu was first accessed, and not the current time.
