Notification which indicates a failure in formation of Wireless Backhaul 

Syntax: 

"WDS trunk brought down for DeviceId %s radio %d remote MAC %s 
CauseCode %d"

Description: 

This is a notification generated when a wireless backhaul formation fails. The 
remote end’s MAC address is provided. This notification is generated by AP node.
