Reviewing the
Job Settings
You may want to review the job settings before you start running the job.
The Review Job screen provides an at-a-glance view of the settings for
each of the mail piece component parameters and the general job settings.
This screen is a time efficient way to make sure that you have selected the
correct job.
To access the Review Job screen:
1. From the Home screen, select
Menu .
2. From the menu screen, select Jobs>Review Current Job .
3. Use the arrow keys to scroll through the settings for the job and each of
the included items.
• Select
Edit Job to access screens for making changes.
• Select Finish to return to the Menu screen.
• Press HOME to return to the Home screen.
NOTE: Make sure that the materials in the mail piece meets material
specifications. Refer to the Specifications listed in Chapter 6 .
