In the Network Setup section of the Network

 

dialog, choose 

Specify an IP address

 option. 

Enter the suggested IP Address and Subnet Mask below. 

•

 

IP Address – 10.0.0.1 

•

 

Subnet Mask – 255.255.255.0 

NOTE:  Entries for Default Gateway are not needed for a stand-alone computer. 

Storage Location 

In the Storage Location section of the Network dialog, fill in the entries for Computer Name, 
Share Name, User Name, and Password.

Computer Name – Enter the name given to identify the stand-alone computer. 
To locate the computer name, do the following procedure on the stand-alone PC.

Point to the

 icon, and right click the mouse once.
