selection or to stop the program, press and hold it for a
few seconds. You will hear a long sound signal.
Note:
You cannot use the pause function when tim-
er is active, you can use it only when the program is
operating.
8. When the YOGURT, JAM, CAKE, PASTA, DOUGH,
CIABATTA, BAKE, FRUITS IN SYRUP program is
completed, you will hear a few signals and initial indi-
cations of the menu will be displayed.
When the baking is completed in QUICK, BA-
SIC, FRENCH and BORODINSKY programs,
you will hear a few signals and display will
show «0:00», and within next 60 minutes the
bread will be kept warm.
NOTE:
It is recommended to unplug the device and
place the bread on a grid immediately after baking. Do
not leave the bread to cool in the mold, otherwise it
will create condensate, which will ruin the shape of the
bread.
To turn off the bread baking program, press and hold
the
button for a few seconds. You will hear a sound
signal. Display will show initial indications on the menu.
Carefully remove the mold from the bread maker and
place the bread on a grid to cool. Use potholders or
oven mitts to avoid burns.
If the kneading blade is inside, wait for it to cool,
and then remove it. Be careful, not to burn, the
kneading blade may be still hot.

SETTING THE DELAYED START
Ability to use the timer function is specified in
the table «Programs description
»
.
1. Before pressing the
button to start the program, set
the timer for the time after which you would like to have
bread prepared from the starting time of the program
up to 13 hours with 10-minute intervals.
2. By pressing button set the timer (hold it for a fast-
er change). Press
button to start the program.
Countdown will start. Display will show the remained
time for the selected program and a icon.
NOTE:
It is not recommended using the delayed start with
perishable ingredients: eggs, milk, cream, cheese, etc.
BAKING WITH ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
The device is equipped with a dispenser for automatic
addition of ingredients into bread or dough. You may also
place additional ingredients into the baking mold. Adding
ingredients is possible in QUICK, BASIC, FRENCH,
BORODINSKY, DOUGH, CIABATTA, YOUR CHOICE
programs.
1. Open the lid of the dispenser. It must be dry. Wipe it
with a napkin if necessary.
2. Place the ingredients, according to the recipe.
3. Close the lid if the dispenser.
4. Press
button.
icon will appear on the display.
Dispenser will automatically add the ingredients in
time.
Ingredients recommendations
• Measure wet ingredients according to the recipe, not to
disturb the amount of moisture in the dough.
• Big, hard seeds may scratch the mold. Better to slightly
grind them.
• If you are using the delayed start, it is better to add the
ingredients directly into the mold with the flour, before
starting the program.
• During the kneading, you will hear a sounds signal,
which suggests that in this moment, you can add ad-
ditional ingredients. For that, open the lid and pour the
ingredients into the mold of the bread maker. Close the
lid. Try to open the lid for the shortest period, to not af-
fect the temperature in the bread maker.
