You can select from the following:

You can only select one function at a time to assign to the Program
button.
01 PRINT REPORT
Sets the Program button to function as a print transmission report
button. Whenever you need a transmission report for a document you are
sending, just press the
Program button and a transmission report will
print after the document is sent.
This is the default setting except for the UK.
02 REPORT
Assigns the Program button to the functions of the Report button. This
saves you the effort of opening all three one-touch speed dialling panels
to press the
Report button.
03 M-KEY
Assigns the Program button to the functions of the M button. (Available
to users in the UK only.) This saves you the effort of opening all three
one-touch speed dialling panels to press the
M
button.
This is the default setting for the UK.
04 TONE
Assigns the Program button to the functions of the Tone/+ button. This
saves you the effort of opening all three one-touch speed dialling panels
to press the
Tone/+ button.
05 SENDER’S NAME
Assigns the Program button to the functions of the TTI Selector button.
Whenever you need to select a sender’s name to appear at the top of the
document you are sending, all you have to do is press the
Program
button. This saves you the effort of opening all three one-touch speed
dialling panels to press the
TTI Selector
button.
