Speed Dialling

Chapter 3

Group Dialling

If you frequently send the same document to several destinations, you
can create a “group” of these destinations and register them under a
speed dialling button or code. This enables you to press a single
one-touch speed dialling button or enter a single code to send the same
document to all the destinations in your group.

You can only group numbers that have already been registered for
one-touch or coded speed dialling.

❏

A group can contain up to 199 destinations.

Creating Groups

Follow this procedure to group several destinations under a one-touch
speed dialling button or a coded speed dialling code.
