Printing a Document Received in a Memory Box
Follow this procedure to print a document that has been received and
stored in a memory box according to the memory box setup. (

You can use this procedure to print a document from the memory box
only after you have set
02 PRINT RX DOC. to ON and set 01 PRINT
METHOD to 02 MAN. under the 06 RECEIVE item of the memory
box setup.
❏
The document received in a memory box will automatically be printed
if the
02 PRINT RX DOC. option in the 06 RECEIVE setting is set to
ON , and the 01 PRINT METHOD is set to 01 AUTO . If 02 PRINT RX
DOC. is set to OFF , you will be unable to print the received document.

If you are not sure which memory box the document was received in,
print the Received Memory Box List and check the number.

After the unit receives a document in a memory box, the unit displays a
message and prints a report, unless this feature has been turned off.
